These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Slink360, a skill exchange operated by Radius Technology. By visiting slink360.com, submitting a skill registration, offering a teachable skill, or contacting our concierge teams, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services.
We may update these Terms to reflect platform changes, regulatory requirements, or operational improvements. When updates are material, we will post the revised Terms with a new “Last Updated” date and, when appropriate, provide direct notice. Continued use of Slink after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility & Account Responsibilities
You must be at least 18 years old, capable of entering a binding agreement, and use the Services for lawful, professional purposes.
When submitting registration or contact forms, provide accurate information and update us if details change.
Keep any credentials and local-storage selections secure. You are responsible for actions taken through your browser or email account.
Notify us immediately at support@slink.com if you suspect unauthorised activity or a data incident.
3. Using the Slink360 Platform
Slink360 curates mentorship introductions. Learners select skills, submit registrations, and see tutor availability counts. Community members list teachable skills; when a new skill is added it appears as a dynamic card for future learners. Operations specialists review every submission before confirming a match.
Radius Technology facilitates introductions but does not employ mentors, guarantee educational outcomes, or manage payments on the website. Any payment arrangements are handled directly with our concierge team outside the public site. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you present and for fulfilling commitments made to other users.
4. Payments, Fees & Commercial Terms
Pricing, invoicing, and payment processing are coordinated offline by the concierge desk. Rates are confirmed in writing before onboarding.
Radius Technology may collect service fees or retainers for managing mentorship programmes; such fees are disclosed in proposals or order forms.
Refunds or schedule adjustments are handled through concierge support and depend on the agreement confirmed with the learner or organisation.
You are responsible for any taxes arising from mentorship engagements facilitated through Slink360.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Learners and mentors should communicate schedule changes promptly via concierge support. Missed sessions, late cancellations, or repeated rescheduling may result in forfeited credits, revised timelines, or removal from active programmes at Radius Technology’s discretion.
6. Acceptable Use & Conduct
When using Slink360 you agree to:
Submit professional, truthful, and respectful information.
Refrain from harassment, discrimination, unauthorised advertising, or sharing sensitive personal data without consent.
Not misuse Firebase, analytics, or local storage tooling embedded in the site.
Respect intellectual property and confidentiality obligations shared during mentorship engagements.
Radius Technology may suspend forms, block access, or escalate issues to authorities when behaviour violates these standards.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design systems, and code on Slink360—including dynamic skill cards, tutor counts, and legal templates—belong to Radius Technology or its licensors. You may use the Services for their intended purpose but may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute site assets without written permission.
Content you submit (e.g., teachable skills, portfolio summaries) remains yours; by providing it you grant Radius Technology a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and adapt the content as needed to operate and evolve Slink360.
8. Disclaimers
Slink360 and its dashboards are provided “as is.” Radius Technology disclaims all warranties, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free skill counts, or guaranteed mentorship outcomes. Third-party scripts (such as Firebase) may affect performance outside our direct control.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Radius Technology, its directors, officers, employees, and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, or data arising from your use of Slink360.
Our aggregate liability for claims related to the Services will not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amounts you paid to Radius Technology in the twelve months preceding the claim; or (b) one hundred US dollars (US$100).
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Radius Technology and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of another person’s rights.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution through our concierge escalation pathways before resorting to litigation. Unresolved disputes will be brought exclusively in the courts of Lagos, Nigeria, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
12. Changes to These Terms
We revisit these Terms whenever Slink360 evolves—for example, when new Firebase features, skill registration flows, or concierge services launch. Updated Terms supersede previous versions. If you continue using the Services after changes take effect, you accept the revised Terms.
